At Caraa, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that final sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original shipping box.

Drop Off Package

Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
